At present, our installed base comprises over 50 Biogas plants, primarily located in Northern Europe, supported by a dedicated team of service engineers. Wärtsilä designs and constructs biogas upgrading and liquefaction plants and is recognized as a market leader in this sector, with over 20 years of industry experience. Biogas, produced from food waste, sewage, manure, and crops, consists mainly of methane and carbon dioxide. The upgraded biogas, Biomethane, can be utilized as vehicle fuel, injected into the gas grid, or used for liquefaction (BioLNG). Several major fuel suppliers view Biogas/BioLNG as a key transition fuel for the next two decades. As a Customer Success Manager, you will oversee the operational performance of customers' plants under service contracts.
