You’ll help build a high-performance culture that empowers our mission to revolutionize Thermal Intelligence for Sustainable Earth.For our People &amp; Culture Department we are looking for a motivatedPeople Business Partner / HR Generalistto join our team.  What you’ll be doing <ul><li>You act as a business partner for Leaders and Employees in all relevant People topics (e.g. performance and talent management, compensation, etc.)</li><li>You identify areas for improvement, develop HR standards and processes accordingly.</li><li>You support our Talent Attraction in the entire applicant management process incl. preparation of job descriptions, job ads postings, recruitment analytics, etc.</li><li>You support in further development of our personnel marketing and employer branding</li><li>You champion employee feedback initiatives, designing proactive engagement strategies to foster a responsive, supportive and healthy workplace culture.</li><li>You contribute to teamwork on various People &amp; Culture projects (e.g. development of culture values, DEI initiatives, etc.)</li><li>You work closely with our People Operations to enhance our sustainable international growth.</li></ul> Relevant Skills <ul><li>You have 2-5 years experience as Generalist or HR Business Partner in high-growth, ideally tech scale-up environments</li><li>You have solid knowledge of German Labour Law and employment practices, with practical experience.
