You will work closely with the senior leadership teams, and you will partner with the wider Group HC team. The HCBP will operate with high levels of autonomy and will have exposure to many different aspects of the business, having the opportunity to work on national and international HC projects.Main Responsibilities The HCBP VP will work as part of the Group HC team, developing and delivering the HC plans whilst ensuring, the effective delivery of an excellent, employee-focussed HC service to the business.
