The HR Business Partner role is responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise by providing a wide range of HR support and advice. This includes, but not limited to, guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior managementGeneral Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serve as the HR point of contact for assigned employees and managers.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and management stakeholders.</li><li>Flexibly manage changes in HR processes and propose efficiency and optimization improvements.</li><li>Administers the internal personnel management software – "Workday," specifically handling the opening/closing of positions and providing consultations on creating position identification numbers.</li><li>Prepares reports, fills in standardized Excel templates and summaries daily.
