This role plays a key part in driving plant performance and contributing to broader business success. Main responsibilities:<ul><li>Manages the overall service delivery at customer plant to meet agreed commercial and operational targets.</li><li>Leads the plant organization and activities, ensuring optimal performance of customer plant and that maintenance and operations are performed safely, effectively, and in compliance with contracts.</li><li>Leads and develops plant personnel, planning activities, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and providing technical and operational guidance and training for professional growth.</li><li>Is accountable for the commercial and operational performance in line with contractual obligations.</li><li>Drives continuous improvement in plant processes and performance metrics, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.</li><li>Engages with customers and stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and ensure alignment with contractual and operational expectations.</li><li>Manages the plant budget, resources, being accountable for financial and operational performance.</li><li>Manages and develops plant resources, workforce and capabilities to meet current and future business needs.</li><li>Ensures compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, promoting a safe working environment.</li></ul> Skill-set requirements: 1. Education qualification:<ul><li>Engineering degree – Electrical or Mechanical</li><li>Overall, 12 years of experience with atleast 5 years of managerial experience in O&amp;M of a powerplant</li><li>strong financial term understanding</li><li>experience in customer relations &amp; customer management</li><li>experience in Multi-Engine Wartsila Gas / HFO Engine Plant in a managerial capacity (Preferably as plant manager)</li></ul>2.
