Program Manager - Early Career DevelopmentReports to: Senior Manager - Talent Management Location: In Office,  Boston MA, Orange CTThe base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from: $108,664 - $135,830The Manager, Early Career Development oversees early career programs such as: Summer Internships, Local Rotational Graduate Program and the Global Graduate Program. The Manager, Early Career Development will work across the Talent Management team to understand the developmental needs of emerging leaders and meet those needs with innovative, relevant, business-driven programs. The incumbent will collaborate with business leaders to ensure alignment with business goals and with the Talent colleagues to ensure alignment with the overall talent strategy and desired employee experience.MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, DE&amp;I, HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure the early career strategy aligns with and supports business goals.</li><li>Conduct needs analysis as appropriate – develop an in-depth understanding of the developmental needs (technical and soft-skills), career progressions and challenges of employees in each program.
