Role Overview:We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Project Manager with a strong architectural background and proven experience managing both building structures and supporting infrastructure for large-scale mixed-use developments. The role requires strategic leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex, multi-phased projects from concept design through to handover.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Under limited supervision, conducts work requiring independent evaluation, selection, adaptation, and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.</li><li>Oversees all project phases, including planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and handover.</li><li>Manages projects of substantial complexity, ensuring design excellence, cost control, and timely delivery.</li><li>Coordinates with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals.</li><li>Provides technical leadership and assumes lead responsibilities for a team of architects, engineers, and professional support personnel.</li><li>Ensures compliance with local authority regulations, codes, and project specifications.</li><li>Develops project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans, and monitors progress against KPIs.</li><li>Maintains strong client relationships and provides regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree preferred).</li><li>20+ years of professional experience with a strong background in architecture and project management.</li><li>Extensive experience managing large-scale mixed-use developments or similar complex projects.</li><li>Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Strong understanding of building codes, planning regulations, and international best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>PMP, RIBA, or similar professional certification is an advantage.</li></ul>
