Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership<ul><li>Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of the office fit-out in accordance with project requirements, timelines, and budget.</li><li>Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring alignment with the client's strategic goals and quality expectations.</li><li>Supervise contractor performance across design validation, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout stages.</li></ul>Stakeholder Alignment &amp; Communication<ul><li>Serve as the primary liaison between client, design consultants, D&amp;B contractors, the cost consultant, and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Coordinate decision-making across the executive stakeholders, ensuring their requirements and feedback are fully integrated into the project.</li><li>Facilitate regular progress, coordination, and risk review meetings, maintaining transparent communication channels with all parties.</li></ul>Fit-Out Management of High-Rise Corporate Facilities<ul><li>Oversee the fit-out works for executive suites, open-plan collaborative areas, specialized facilities (e.g., gym, dining hall, staff café), and MEP-intensive zones.</li><li>Ensure compatibility of fit-out works with core-and-shell systems including vertical transportation, district cooling, access control, and fire safety.</li><li>Monitor interface management between architectural finishes and critical infrastructure (e.g., ICT, AV, security systems).</li></ul>Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance<ul><li>Ensure all works comply with the client's quality standards, health and safety regulations, Civil Defence approvals, and other statutory requirements.</li><li>Review and approve design submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and commissioning protocols.</li></ul>Risk and Cost Control<ul><li>Identify, assess, and mitigate schedule and cost risks throughout project stages.</li><li>Coordinate with the Cost Consultant to manage variations, change orders, and claims.</li><li>Maintain accountability for budget tracking, progress reporting, and early escalation of deviations.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 20 years of professional experience, including 10 years specifically managing high-end workplace or corporate office HQ fit-out projects.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of continuous employment with the current firm or relevant organization.</li><li>Project Type Expertise: Proven experience with large-scale, high-rise office buildings, including premium executive suites and complex stakeholder environments.</li><li>Delivery Model: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Design &amp; Build (D&amp;B) project delivery frameworks.</li><li>Leadership &amp; Communication: Demonstrated leadership in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and aligning diverse stakeholder groups, including executive-level clients, consultants, and contractors.</li><li>Regional Experience: Prior experience in the GCC region is preferred; Qatar-specific fit-out delivery experience is an advantage.</li></ul>
