<ul><li>Lead the planning, design coordination, procurement, and delivery of vertical development packages, including high-rise and supertall structures.</li><li>Oversee the full project lifecycle, from design development through construction and handover, ensuring alignment with program objectives.</li><li>Drive constructability reviews, MMC implementation (e.g., modular construction, off-site manufacturing), and value engineering.</li><li>Coordinate across disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP, digital) to ensure integrated design and delivery.</li><li>Manage the performance of consultants, contractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, schedule, and budget.</li><li>Lead interface management across multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.</li><li>Proactively identify and mitigate risks affecting time, cost, quality, and safety.</li><li>Maintain high standards of HSE, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance throughout delivery.</li><li>Provide regular client updates, progress reports.</li><li>Support knowledge transfer and continuous improvement across the PMC delivery framework.</li></ul>
