This role involves supervising a team of operators, coordinating production schedules, reporting finished products, following KPI-s, escalating equipment issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Detailed Description:<ul><li>Oversee daily operations of the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production line</li><li>Supervise PCBA processes including:<ul><li>Selective Soldering</li><li>Manual Soldering</li><li>Testing</li><li>Routing</li></ul></li><li>Ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output across all production stages</li><li>Enforce compliance with safety and quality standards</li><li>Supervise and support a team of production operators</li><li>Coordinate production schedules to meet delivery targets</li><li>Report finished products and maintain accurate production records</li><li>Monitor and follow Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</li><li>Escalate equipment issues to maintenance or engineering teams</li><li>Train new operators on procedures, equipment, and safety protocols</li><li>Work in shifts and ensure smooth handovers between teams</li><li>Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience managing a team in the electronics assembly field</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience working on an SMT production line, preferably as an SMT Product Line Manager</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced production environment</li><li>Hands-on attitude – willing to work on the production line when needed to achieve results</li><li>Demonstrates leadership by example and motivates team members</li><li>Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers, technicians, and managers</li><li>Proficiency in Estonian and/or English (good level)</li><li>Russian at a communication level</li><li>Solid computer skills, especially in MS Office</li><li>Responsible, disciplined, and professional in conduct</li></ul>Preferred/Useful Qualifications:<ul><li>Educational background or knowledge in electronics or electrical engineering</li><li>Knowledge of IPC standards; IPC certification is a strong advantage</li><li>Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP</li></ul>  Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
