Your tasks Customer Success &amp; Strategic Engagement (with an initial focus on CSM responsibilities - approx. 70%)<ul><li>Manage a portfolio of Carbmee’s key accounts, driving value through successful product adoption and carbon decarbonization impact.</li><li>Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact - liaising with senior stakeholders in Sustainability, Procurement, and Compliance.</li><li>Translate sustainability goals into structured delivery plans using Carbmee’s Carbon Management Solution.</li><li>Build strong executive relationships, secure renewals, and identify expansion opportunities together with our Account Executives.</li><li>Advocate internally for your customers, bringing product feedback and insights back to Engineering and Product teams.</li></ul>Value Delivery, Use Case Modelling &amp; Data Handling  (growing to ~70% over time)<ul><li>Lead technical onboarding of customer data: guiding clients through data requirements, validations, and carbon calculation configurations.</li><li>Support workshops such as the Maturity Assessment and Data Strategy Sessions, becoming a strategic data translator between business needs and carbon modeling.</li><li>Partner closely with the Deployment Engineering team to improve implementation frameworks, documentation, and data quality workflows.</li><li>Develop deep knowledge of carbon accounting methodologies and how to operationalize them in a scalable SaaS product.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role - such as Technical Account Management, Pre-Sales/Solution Consulting, Technical Customer Success in enterprise SaaS, or relevant Implementation roles.</li><li>Skilled at partnering with executive-level stakeholders in large organizations and translating their business strategy into impactful product usage.</li><li>Strong understanding of data, onboarding processes, and ideally exposure to carbon accounting, and sustainability challenges in industrial companies.</li><li>Excellent communication and facilitation skills - equally comfortable in technical workshops and strategic business reviews.</li><li>Experience working with climate-related standards, regulatory frameworks (e.g., CSRD, CBAM, SBTi), or GHG Protocol is a strong plus.</li><li>Performance-driven mindset and strong project management skills - able to manage multiple customers, data timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>Fluent in English, with German being a strong plus.</li><li>You are passionate about business sustainability, carbon emissions management, and decarbonisation strategy development in alignment with Carbmee’s mission and vision</li></ul>Don't feel like you meet all the criteria?
