From overseeing company events to managing office supplies and vendor relationships, you will be instrumental in creating a positive workplace experience for our team by maximising the use of technology, automation and workplace tools.</p><h3><strong>How you will leave your footprint</strong></h3><ul><li>Supporting the setup and maintenance of FERNRIDE office spaces, including helping with desk arrangements, decoration, and ergonomic equipment under guidance.</li><li>Managing the workplace-related service desk.</li><li>Planning, organising, and facilitating company and team events as well as meetings, including but not limited to quarterly events, team-building activities, and meetings for internal and external audiences.</li><li>Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution and coordination.</li><li>Ordering and maintaining inventory of snacks, beverages, and office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and budget adherence.</li><li>Providing general administrative support, assisting in tracking expenses and invoices.</li><li>Assisting with communication and coordination between FERNRIDE and suppliers/service providers, such as cleaning services and maintenance crews.</li><li>Assisting in maintaining a safe and compliant office environment by supporting relevant tasks and coordinating.</li></ul><h3><strong>What you will bring to the team</strong></h3><ul><li>Strong communication and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and creative abilities.</li><li>Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative on small tasks and continuous improvements.</li><li>Comfort with light physical tasks, such as moving packages, setting up event spaces, or reorganising office equipment.</li><li>Eagerness to contribute to a positive and vibrant workplace culture and experience.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Suite.</li><li>Fluent in both German and English.</li><li>Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.</li><li>Experience in office management, facilities coordination, administrative or related roles is a plus.</li><li>Ability to be on-site five days a week for a half-day every day (note: we have two campuses, and you will be required to alternate between them).</li></ul><p><strong>What we offer @ FERNRIDE</strong></p><p>At FERNRIDE, we believe in empowering you to thrive both personally and professionally.
