You’ll be at the heart of our daily operations and gain hands-on experience in administration, coordination, and events.</div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations: manage supplies, food orders, mail, scanning, and general email inbox</li><li>Handle internal requests and help maintain a tidy, functional office</li><li>Organise internal and external events </li><li>Act as a point of contact for service providers (cleaning, property management, subtenants)</li><li>Assist with onboarding/offboarding: desk setup, key handover, checklists, and welcome kits</li><li>Prepare our set-up for weekly internal presentations and assist with communication tasks</li><li>Manage internal/external merchandise stock and distributions</li><li>Proactively support a positive office atmosphere and take on additional tasks within the finance and people team if time allows</li></ul><h3>Requirements </h3><ul><li>Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask</li><li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently</li><li>Interest in event planning and internal culture</li><li>Tech-savvy (Google Workspace or similar)</li><li>Friendly, team-minded, and reliable</li><li>Flexible to support 2–3 external events per year, including occasional off-hours</li><li>Availability: Friday afternoon is mandatory; the remaining hours should be spread as evenly as possible across the week to ensure continuous support.</li></ul><br><div>If you enjoy teamwork more than being the individual superhero, and if you thrive in a feedback-driven culture and an exciting, unconventional yet structured and progressive start-up environment, we would love to hear from you.</div>
