Your Responsibilities <ul><li style="font-family:Tahoma , Geneva , sans-serif;">Assist with administrative and organizational tasks across the People function, helping to keep priorities on track and internal processes running efficiently.</li><li style="font-family:Tahoma , Geneva , sans-serif;">Support the onboarding process by preparing everything for new joiners and helping answer employee questions during their first days.</li><li style="font-family:Tahoma , Geneva , sans-serif;">Contribute to office-related topics, including keeping the workspace organized, maintaining supplies and equipment, and coordinating with vendors and service providers.</li><li style="font-family:Tahoma , Geneva , sans-serif;">Help manage IT equipment inventory, ensuring devices are tracked and ready for handover or return.</li><li style="font-family:Tahoma , Geneva , sans-serif;">Collaborate on finance-related admin, such as invoice processing, payment tracking, and supporting documentation in coordination with the finance team.</li><li style="font-family:Tahoma , Geneva , sans-serif;">Assist with office documentation, including contracts and supplier agreements.
