Fully responsible for the department’s HSE matters and ensure the HSE targets, policies are met.</li><li>Establish and complete the HSE responsibility and monitor if every HSE management mechanism is functioning well.</li><li>Form HSE network and deploy HSE work and hold regular HSE committee meetings.</li><li>Team up with HR to conduct new employee HSE training and conduct HSE training constantly. Organize HSE activities such as occupational protection training, fire fighting, First aid training.</li><li>Raise suggestions for HSE near miss occurred.</li><li>Perform HSE routine inspection, assist and urge related departments to identify near miss and preventive measures. Follow up the progress of the responsible assignments.</li><li>Supervise and assist to solve the near miss found in the daily inspection, and correct operations which violate SOP. Stop the operation in case of production emergency and report to the site manager immediately.</li><li>Collect HSE incident data and prepare statistic analysis report.
