Advanced degree is preferred.2.               Job incumbent is expected to have at least 7-10 years of experience in Industrial Gases or Petrochemicals or Chemical or related industry in process engineering or plant engineering.  Hands-on experience and understanding in process engineering such as P&amp;ID’s, safety relief demand scenarios, and basic function of unit operations is required.  Experience in equipment monitoring, instrumentation, process control, Process Optimization and Occupational safety is a plus.  Experience in multi-national companies having excellent Process Safety culture is desirable. 3.               Job Incumbent is expected to have good engineering problem-solving skills, good interpersonal and communication skills, Passion to Process Safety field and enthusiasm about his/her mission.
