Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with national and international standards.</li><li>Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard analyses across engineering projects to identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures.</li><li>Monitor and enforce the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure safe work practices are followed.</li><li>Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with project teams to provide safety advice and ensure that safety measures are embedded into design, planning, and execution phases.</li><li>Organize and chair regular HSE committee meetings to discuss safety performance, incidents, and ongoing improvements, ensuring active participation from all relevant departments.</li><li>Provide training on QHSE policies and procedures to employees and contractors to promote a safety-first culture.</li><li>Maintain records of QHSE activities, including safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions taken.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local and international environmental laws and regulations.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular reports on HSE performance and provide recommendations for continual improvement.</li><li>Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring that the company remains up-to-date with changes in legislation.</li><li>Promote and facilitate the use of safe working practices, hazard identification, and risk management strategies.</li><li>Other tasks assigned by Line Manager</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor degree in Engineering, Environmental or a related field.</li><li>Bachelor degree in Science Occupational Health and Safety</li><li>Experience of min. 3 working years, incl background of HSE Engineer.</li><li>Prior experience in Engineering/Mechanical company</li><li>Knowledge about Regulations and Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO:45001).</li><li>Good computer skills - Microsoft Office applications, SAP/Axapta systems</li><li>Good working level of English &amp; Vietnamese - speaking and writing</li><li>Service oriented, patient, and a team player</li><li>Safety conscious and of good moral character</li><li>Technically inclined with good problem-solving skills and commercial affinity</li><li>Ready to travel and work off-hours</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
