We are responsible for digitising food service distributors with our AI technology and digital ordering solutions. With Choco AI, voicemail, email, and SMS orders are automatically processed into a distributor’s system within seconds, allowing them to run a more profitable and less wasteful business. We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager in the UAE to support us in making our AI technology even more efficient and transform our distributors’ operating processes. Due to the highly collaborative nature of our business (and the fact that we enjoy spending time together), this is primarily an in-office position (5 days).Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul style=""><li>Manage and own the execution of premium distributor partnerships, being directly responsible for the revenue generated from each deal</li><li>Support account executives as they enter the negotiation stage and take ownership of the relationship once commercial agreements have been signed; you will be the daily point of contact to set up the partnership for success</li><li>Prepare and lead trainings for new partners to ensure a seamless onboarding process</li><li>Spend 1–2 days on site with distributors in the UAE as they launch our Choco AI proposition and ensure their team is fully equipped to integrate the product into their daily operations</li><li>Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with your existing portfolio of distributors</li><li>Liaise between your distributors and cross-functional internal teams, such as integrations, to ensure timely delivery of our solutions according to their needs</li><li>Share distributor learnings and feedback with the product and marketing team to help drive activities towards acquisition and engagement</li></ul>Who We’re Looking For<ul style=""><li>2–4 years of experience in an externally-facing project management role</li><li>A strong work ethic with the motivation to always improve and grow—for yourself and the team</li><li>A can-do attitude; you're willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done</li><li>An amazing relationship builder and natural communicator who is comfortable articulating complex technical solutions to internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Someone able to understand a problem, get to the crux of an issue quickly, and implement solutions proactively</li><li>High attention to detail, setting and maintaining high standards</li><li>A huge team player with a team-first mentality</li><li>Fluent English communicator (written &amp; spoken)</li></ul>Choco was founded in 2018 in Berlin.
