ICEYE is a place where your development, your growth and your success is a priority. What will you do in this role? ICEYE is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Mission Line of Business, where you'll be instrumental in the success of customers operating their own SAR satellite constellations. As their primary point of contact during the operational phase, you'll drive the effective implementation and usage of ICEYE's products and solutions. You will ensure efficient handling of customer change requests, monitoring and improvement of service performance, and issue resolution. You'll also provide essential visibility to internal stakeholders regarding account activities, opportunities, and concerns, working in close collaboration with technical teams, sales leads, program management, and other internal functions.
