AECOM is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager with a focus in water/wastewater infrastructure design and in-depth design engineering experience in municipal conveyance, treatment, and pumping systems in our Houston, TX office.This role offers an opportunity to progress down the project management career path with a focus on client business growth, project delivery leadership and mentoring of engineering staff by leveraging top notch regional and national water/wastewater engineering expertise and capabilities. The appropriately qualified applicant will have the opportunity to manage and work with an established team of professional engineers on a variety of water, wastewater, and conveyance design projects.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Serves as Project Manager on medium to large water/wastewater treatment plants and pump station projects</li><li>Prepares technical memoranda, planning studies and final design calculations, plans and specifications</li><li>Provides technical direction and mentorship for junior staff</li><li>Coordinates with other discipline leads, clients, consultants, and agencies in management and implementation of projects</li><li>Participates all aspects of project delivery, including scope, schedule, finance, and quality</li><li>Builds and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals</li><li>Assists in identifying opportunities, development of proposals and statement of qualifications</li></ul>
