This role will focus on identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing best practices, and leading initiatives that enhance cost-effectiveness and service levels. Key Responsibilities: •    Develop and lead continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations. •    Identify inefficiencies and implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. •    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance inventory management, logistics, procurement, and distribution. •    Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement strategies to drive improvement. •    Train and mentor teams on best practices for operational excellence and process optimization. •    Drive automation and technology-driven solutions to streamline supply chain workflows. •    Monitor industry trends and implement innovative strategies to enhance supply chain resilience and agility. •    Support leadership in strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and improvement recommendations.
