This position is responsible for building and managing daily production schedules, coordinating material availability, and ensuring inventory alignment with production needs. While this role is designed as a 40-hour per week position, flexibility is essential—overtime will often be required based on production demands.<div style="text-align:center;"><hr></div>KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY<ul><li>Own and maintain the ERP system (Business Central), ensuring data integrity, investigating issues, and resolving floor-related system gaps in real time.</li><li>Build and manage daily and weekly production plans aligned with takt, material availability, labor, and customer delivery requirements.</li><li>Track and coordinate inbound material availability and on-hand kit/panel inventory to match daily build schedules.</li><li>Monitor and adjust plans in response to labor shortages, part delays, engineering changes, or other disruptions.</li><li>Communicate scheduling priorities clearly with supervisors, team leads, and logistics personnel.</li><li>Support production execution as needed—including floor-based assistance—to ensure plans are achievable and aligned.</li><li>Analyze and report production metrics, workflow trends, and system exceptions, proposing solutions for recurring issues.</li><li>Coordinate with global logistics and internal departments to manage shipping/receiving delays and proactively reduce risk.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to close gaps in schedule compliance, system use, and material handling.</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by management.</li></ul><div style="text-align:center;"><hr></div>COMPETENCIES &amp; SKILLS<ul><li>Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (Business Central preferred), with ability to troubleshoot and drive system use and accuracy.</li><li>Strong Microsoft Excel skills.</li><li>Knowledge of manufacturing production practices, scheduling, and logistics coordination.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, manage shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>High sense of ownership with a willingness to step in and assist directly on the production floor when needed.</li><li>Comfortable collaborating with both front-line and leadership personnel.</li><li>Flexible and dependable—must be willing and able to work overtime hours as required by production schedules.</li></ul><div style="text-align:center;"><hr></div>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field OR</li><li>Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a relevant planning, logistics, or ERP systems role within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong IT background or experience supporting production systems and technical workflows is highly preferred.</li></ul> </div>
