Then come join us!  <h2>Job Description</h2>HR Administration – 50%<ul><li>Be the first point of call in HR, organise, allocate and action HR Inbox asks in conjunction with our HR Tracker</li><li>Recruitment Support through advertisement posting, open position accuracy</li><li>Action and process all team member updates: movements, hires, changes in employment, location, pay etc.</li><li>Provide accurate HR Employee data, in the HRIS systems (Workday, Deputy, ADP)</li><li>Liaise and coordinate with other departments to ensure all relevant team members are aware of employment changes.  For example, Finance, Operations, Ascend, IT etc.</li></ul>Payroll processing–30%<ul><li>Run the payroll process accurately and on time.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong relationship with the ADP Processing representative</li><li>Handle all terminations efficiently and accurately</li><li>Review timesheet data and ensure accuracy of Public Holidays, Leave and Loadings are all correct.</li><li>Liaise with finance team regarding reimbursements and employee account balances</li></ul>Support of the HR Function– 5%<ul><li>Support the HR Services Manager with SOP Creation</li><li>Support the HR Function with communications to employees via the Bulletin or merge emails</li><li>Update the ANZ HR Sharepoint site, keeping it up to date and interesting for our teams to visit.</li><li>Lead and facilitate TMOTM</li></ul>Trek University Champion– 10%<ul><li>Actioning all Trek U Customer queries, set up, password resets etc.</li><li>Review Trek U content for ANZ Market</li><li>Support reporting requirements</li><li>Lead communication</li></ul>Advocacy Champion – 5%<ul><li>PAF Program Champion – attend and/or train Trek team to run bike session</li><li>NICA Support Lead</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in HR or equivalent HR experience (Preferred)</li><li>2-4 year of experience in administration tasks</li><li>1 Year of experience in payroll</li><li>Skills:<ul><li>Detailed oriented</li><li>Task focused</li><li>Problem solver</li><li>Highly organised</li><li>Great Communicator</li><li>Time oriented</li></ul></li><li>Values –provides incredible hospitality to all of our teams using empathy and curiosity to solve issues</li><li>Flexibility requirements<ul><li>Must be available for a minimum of 24 out of 26 of the payruns</li><li>Work out of hours or on holidays to process the payroll.</li></ul></li></ul>The overall expectation is that all employees consistently demonstrate behaviours that are aligned with Trek’s Values, as outlined in the Brand Book.If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
