If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.</div></div><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with supply chain and hardware/software engineering teams to ensure a coherent design and timely release.</li><li>Coordinate CAE, design, prototyping, testing of components, and documentation of these activities.</li><li>Troubleshoot issues in manufacturing plants, assembly plants, and field operations.</li><li>Lead failure analyses and experiments to propose design revisions and solutions.</li><li>Design and develop high voltage and high power electrical unit packaging, low voltage vehicle control boxes, and functional/performance specifications following best practices, e.g., OBC, DCDC, GWSW, fuse boxes, ECU, etc.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.</li><li>Familiarity with PCBA, casting, sheet metal, and injection molding part design.</li><li>Strong understanding of design for manufacturing principles.</li><li>Experience with DFMEA, DOE, Six Sigma, tolerance analysis, or other structured problem-solving methodologies.</li><li>Proficiency in 3D CAD, preferably CATIA V6/3DX.</li><li>Able to work independently in English, both written and spoken.
