The successful candidate will spearhead projects from pre-construction engineering through completion and quality assurance, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards. </p><p>We are seeking individuals who are not only proficient in project management but also possess a forward-thinking mindset and a passion for building and improving processes. Geothermal experience is a plus but not mandatory; however, construction management experience is essential.</p><p>The role demands strong financial acumen, subcontractor management skills, and the ability to travel as needed.
