AECOM is seeking a Construction Project Manager to be based in Denver, CO.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Provides guidance to employees within latitude of established policies.</li><li>Establishes procedures that affect the immediate organization.</li><li>Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of the situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends.</li><li>Acts as an advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or to resolve technical problems.</li><li>Manage and review contract budgets and contractor pay applications.</li><li>Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction.</li><li>Accountable for the planning, design, and/or construction management activities and personnel under the individual's direction on a day-to-day. Prepare and manage field inspection reports.</li><li>Identify, mitigate, and manage work related issues associated to field construction activities.</li><li>Monitor environmental inspections and compliance associated to field construction activities.</li><li>Review contractor as-built drawings, and other construction documentation to ensure information is appropriately captured.</li><li>Review contractor schedules and work phasing plans.</li><li>Provide management, administration, and oversight of all assigned project contracts.</li></ul>
