Job Description:The Manufacturing Automation Manager role is based in Nashville, TN, with onboarding conducted either virtually or in person at Nextracker's Fremont, CA office. Reporting directly to the Director of Manufacturing, this position focuses on driving factory and inspection automation for processes such as roll forming, stamping, and machining, while continuously enhancing Nextracker’s product offerings. The role involves researching and implementing the latest automation technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
