Together, we’re building a more productive and sustainable world.How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>You will be responsible for sales of products &amp; services within electrical utility and industry market in Japan, in accordance with strategy, build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues.</li><li>You will Identify and develop sales opportunities, ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.</li><li>You will prepare sales plans using company tools, including SALESFORCE.com, create added value for the customer and Hitachi Energy and ensure the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals by using effective sales techniques.</li><li>You will ensure efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customer, identify, and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market, ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration, manage administrative procedures in sales process, support collection and project management activities when needed.</li><li>You will prepare offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Market Manager and ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.</li><li>You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.</li></ul>Your background<ul><li>You hold a university’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Degree.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in similar field, working as sales / business development / tendering / product management engineer / technical College.</li><li>Experience interacting with engineers and other professionals, as well as VP's and upper management.</li><li>A benefit would be experience working with channel partners.
