Due to our ongoing growth we are seeking an experienced and credible HR professional to lead the service in our EMENA region and to be based in one of our Europe Office (Poland, Spain, Romania, Germany). Cundall is a values-driven and people-focused organisation, and our business strategy has a strong emphasis on our people and culture, so it is a great time to join Cundall in HR as we develop our future People Strategy. Cundall are leading the way in the provision of creative, sustainable design solutions, and in order to keep up with the growing demands of the organisation, require a passionate, collaborative, and dedicated HR Business Partner to lead on people-related policy and practices and partner with the business leaders.<h2>The Role</h2>As a valued member of our global HR team, and our main source of human resources expertise for our offices across EMENA, not only will you contribute strategically, but you will also be customer focussed, provide comprehensive and pragmatic best practice human resources advice and support. Working closely with both the leaders in EMENA and our teams of highly skilled engineers and technicians you will partner with business leaders to ensure proactive, effective people management and the development of high performing, motivated teams.
