Overview: The IT PMO (Project Management Office) Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the IT project portfolio within the organization. This role ensures that all IT projects align with the company’s strategic objectives and follow established standards and processes for execution.  The IT PMO Director works with project managers and operational leaders across the IT organization to ensure projects of all sizes and types are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role also leads Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts with IT, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes, technologies, and systems.
