This role will support the effective implementation of QHSE policies and procedures and assist in driving a safe work culture of QHSE at depot and site locations across Indonesia.             Why Aggreko?<ul><li>Competitive compensation package &amp; annual bonus program</li><li>Industry-leading benefit plans</li><li>Continuous training and development with career growth opportunities</li><li>Safety-focused culture</li></ul>What you’ll do: <ul><li>Assist in implementing QHSE policies and processes, ensuring adherence to local Indonesian legislation and Aggreko's internal standards.</li><li>Build and maintain effective relationships with sites and depots, addressing QHSE issues and providing expert advice to all staff levels.</li><li>Monitor and support the execution of safe work processes and ensure Safe Work Method Statements are in place across all Aggreko locations.</li><li>Assist in the completion of QHSE-related aspects for project tenders.</li><li>Support incident investigations, assist in producing safety alerts, and conduct comprehensive risk assessments.</li><li>Deliver QHSE training and conduct inductions for new and existing employees.</li><li>Assist with rehabilitation and return-to-work processes.</li><li>Handle all scheduled waste reporting to DOE and annual DOSH reporting, along with other Indonesian regulatory requirements.</li><li>Support, coordinate, and maintain all QHSE-related license applications for Indonesia.</li><li>Proactively identify and implement ongoing QHSE improvements in collaboration with the HSE Specialist for Asia</li><li>Support any other relevant duties assigned by supervisor or company</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Degree in relevant field highly preferred</li><li>Willing to travel within Indonesia for multiple projects and operational sites</li><li>Certified and registered as General Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) on Manpower Ministry of Republic of Indonesia</li><li>Possess certified course in Health and Safety under Indonesia Oil and Gas Certification Body (K3 Migas)</li><li>Possess certified course in First Aid (Petugas P3K)</li><li>Experienced in the implementation and applying hazardous waste management system and its documentation under requirement of Environmental Ministry of Republic Indonesia such as SIRAJA</li><li>Understand in Environmental Permit include its documentation (UKL-UPL) and the Periodic Environmental Monitoring</li><li>Solid understanding of OSH requirements from Manpower Ministry of Indonesia and Environmental requirements from Environmental Ministry of Indonesia</li><li>Experienced in Emergency Plan and Response</li><li>Willing to travel within Indonesia to attend client meeting, project support etc.</li><li>Solid understanding and application on local regulations and compliance, preferably a trained system auditor with prior auditing experience</li><li>Experienced with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.</li><li>Computer literate with MS Office proficiency, effective administrator, well-organized, methodical, and capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision.</li><li>Possesses effective communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, planning and organizing skills, and meticulous attention to detail.</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
