You will work as a part of Talent Segment &amp; West Europe Talent Acquisition team, and collaborate talent acquisition professionals globally. This is a hybrid role. What you will be doing Each year approx. 30.000 candidates pass through a recruitment process with Wärtsilä – imagine the impact we can create if we leave every one with a positive impression! In this role your primary focus will be to ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the whole recruitment lifecycle. This means partnering closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners, HR colleagues and business to understand our hiring needs, help build effective sourcing strategies, manage candidate attraction through passive and proactive means, carrying out first level assessments, booking further interviews, managing offer coordination and ensuring smooth contracting and onboarding of the successful candidate.
