As a strategic “lone-wolf” operator, you will identify, evaluate, and implement AI solutions to seamlessly integrate with our existing platforms—including CMiC, Procore, and Microsoft Office 365/SharePoint.Your mission is to enhance efficiency, eliminate manual processes, and accelerate project delivery across multiple departments, such as Business Development, Estimating, Procurement, Engineering, Pre-Construction, Project Controls, Accounting, Legal, and Construction.This role is ideal for a tech-savvy innovator with strong process optimization skills who can bridge the gap between advanced AI capabilities and real-world business needs in the renewable energy EPC space.Key Responsibilities:AI Strategy &amp; Evaluation<ul><li>Continuously monitor the AI technology landscape to identify high-potential tools and solutions relevant to EPC operations and renewable energy project delivery.</li><li>Conduct structured evaluations, pilots, and ROI analyses of AI tools—particularly for integration with CMiC, Procore, and Office 365/SharePoint.</li><li>Develop and maintain an AI adoption roadmap aligned with company goals and department needs.</li></ul>Integration &amp; Implementation<ul><li>Lead integration of selected AI tools into existing systems and processes with minimal disruption to ongoing work.</li><li>Collaborate with IT and department heads to design, test, and deploy AI workflows.</li><li>Configure AI systems to handle real-world EPC project data securely and efficiently.</li></ul>Process Optimization<ul><li>Map and analyze current processes across multiple departments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and repetitive manual work.</li><li>Use AI and automation to streamline:<ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li>Document management</li><li>Estimating workflows</li><li>Scheduling and resource planning</li><li>Procurement tracking</li><li>Contract review and compliance monitoring</li><li>Project controls reporting</li></ul></li><li>Establish metrics to measure post-implementation impact and continuously improve performance.</li></ul>Cross-Department Collaboration<ul><li>Act as the bridge between technical AI capabilities and the needs of diverse functional teams.</li><li>Host regular workshops, demos, and training sessions to drive adoption and maximize value from implemented solutions.</li><li>Serve as the company’s internal “AI evangelist” — inspiring and educating teams on AI possibilities.</li></ul>Qualifications Qualifications:Required<ul><li>Proven experience in evaluating and integrating AI tools into business workflows, ideally in an EPC, construction, or industrial setting.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction project management systems (CMiC, Procore) and enterprise collaboration platforms (Office 365, SharePoint).</li><li>Solid grasp of AI capabilities including generative AI, natural language processing, document intelligence, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and predictive analytics.</li><li>Exceptional process mapping and workflow design skills.</li><li>Strong analytical skills for ROI evaluation and impact measurement.</li><li>Excellent communication and training abilities to work effectively with non-technical teams.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience with renewable energy EPC workflows and data.</li><li>Basic scripting or automation skills (Python, Power Automate, or similar).</li><li>Familiarity with API integrations and cloud-based architecture.</li><li>Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security in AI systems.</li></ul>
