This role requires you to act as a business partner, identifying business needs and problems; as an architect, creating the plan for an AI solution; and as a developer, building that solution. You will work closely with our AI Strategy Lead, IT, Security, Legal, and other business units to ensure we are solving these issues in a scalable and sustainable way. Your work will directly shape the future of our business operations, driving efficiency and unlocking new capabilities across the company. This role can evolve in two directions based on your strengths and ambitions: grow into a people leadership role, or become a technical authority as a senior individual contributor.
