company. What you’ll be able to do:Needs Assessment/Analysis•  Assess organization's needs using appropriate methods and tools including competencies, charters, scoping   tools, and standard needs logical steps optimized for learning retention.Course / Curriculum Development•  Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop course content.•  Develops and designs courses and curriculum.•  Edits and develops online learning materials.•  Creates learning experiences and environments.•  Designs learning activities, assignments, and assessments.•  Creates computer-based training (CBT) modules and storyboards.•  Develops instructor’s manuals, participants’ manual, and other performance support tools.•  Analyzes, updates, and refines existing online content.•  Keeps current on best
