The ideal candidate combines strong project coordination skills with systems knowledge and a global mindset to support training excellence across diverse teams.</span><span> </span></p><p><span> </span><span>This position involves managing schedules, assisting with event logistics, tracking metrics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the Global Systems Training group.</span><span> </span></p><p><strong><span>You will</span></strong><span> </span></p><ul><li><span>Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of Systems training programs, courses, and workshops. Ensure timely delivery of learning initiatives and support instructors or facilitators.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Coordinate logistics for in-person or virtual training sessions, including room bookings, technology setup, attendee communication, and materials preparation.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Manage the calendar and scheduling of Systems training events, sessions, and meetings. Partner with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and business leaders to align training priorities</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Assist with the collection and analysis of training data, including attendance, feedback, and training effectiveness. Generate reports on training participation and impact for leadership.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Assist in managing the Learning Management System (LMS) by updating training records, editing attendance, and managing courses and curricula.</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Serve as the primary point of contact for Systems training inquiries, registration, and technical support</span><span> </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Plan and organize internal learning events, such as workshops, webinars, conferences, and team-building exercises.
