The engineering manager will play a critical role in overseeing the development and implementation of new products from concept through production. The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background, exceptional leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.<ul><li>Be both highly technical and an effective people manager</li><li>Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.</li><li>Lead teams that deliver on multiple products and projects</li><li>Oversee all phases of product development, from initial concept through to production release.</li><li>Collaborate with product team and business stakeholders to drive the execution of the product roadmap</li><li>Provide technical leadership in the design and development of new products.</li><li>Experience developing and architecting AWS native software products at scale.</li><li>Measure the impact of your team and set clear expectations and goals</li><li>Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product development processes.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure company products remain competitive.   Preferred Qualifications</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science</li><li>5+ years of software engineering work experience </li><li>Demonstrated experience managing technical teams, including performance management</li><li>Familiarity of cloud computing, primarily AWS</li><li>Exposure to CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code processes</li></ul>
