You will understand the best approaches for deploying the Kaluza platform into our clients’ technology landscapes, how best to integrate with existing and new systems via modern / progressive methods, and how to maximise the potential of Kaluza’s software.You will be a key member of the Deployment Design team: a specialist unit focused on winning Kaluza new business and then delivering on the deals made. The team’s mission is to create seamless, scalable, and secure deployment solutions that empower our clients to accelerate innovation, achieve operational efficiency and business success. Through collaboration, a focus on repeatability, and a user-centred approach, we design and implement reliable SaaS deployment architectures that enhance performance, minimise risk, and support future growth.As well as exceptional technical skills, you must have an acute commercial understanding of technology-based transformations, including contributing to business case development, the ability to solve complex problems and make well-reasoned recommendations to stakeholders who are both technical and non-technical.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Future state architecture design for new and existing clients</li><li>Leading technical and architectural elements of commercial proposals</li><li>Active participation in Kaluza architecture community - driving best practices</li><li>Leading technical efforts within overall deployment and implementation design</li><li>Developing technical documentation both specific to a client implementation and for use in Kaluza as playbooks helping standardise future Kaluza deployments</li></ul>About You Ideally you’ll have/be<ul><li>Experience: </li><ul><li>Experience on building early-stage, innovative products and how to cultivate them iteratively with a clear customer-focus.</li><li>Extensive experiences working in an architectural role in SaaS implementations, with a focus on 3rd party integrations and systems including at least some of:</li><ul><li>Modern front-end frameworks</li><li>API technologies including GraphQL and Webhooks</li><li>Authorisation and Authentication systems (IDPs)</li><li>CRMs</li><li>Order management and fulfilment systems</li></ul><li>Technical experience of Energy industry or utilities is a significant benefit</li></ul><li>Skills:</li><ul><li>Software development, especially in micro-services architecture</li><li>Verbal and written communication including the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences</li><li>Delivering impactful presentations as part of Kaluza sales activities</li><li>Task management</li></ul><li>Other Requirements: Kaluza is a global business, as a result the person in this role will be required to travel as part of commercial and deployment activities.
