Partners play a key role in how Planet goes to market, supplying industry knowledge, analytics expertise, and distribution networks. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth partner experience, efficient internal processes, and high-quality program execution. You’ll support the operational backbone of our partner program, including: partner provisioning, certification tracking, contract renewals, Salesforce configuration, and referral partner onboarding. This role reports to the Partner Program Lead and collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, systems, legal, and marketing to make sure our partners have the access, tools, and support they need to succeed at scale.
