This role is integral in supporting the processing of sales and use tax payments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and/or payment processing, complemented by effective communication skills to liaise with both vendors and internal business units. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform a variety of accounting functions in one or more of the following areas: general accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.</li><li>Apply advanced bookkeeping accounting principles in the performance of daily responsibilities.</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Identify and complete all tasks that can be performed prior to month end.</li><li>Ensure SOx compliance with all processes.</li><li>Conduct special projects and analysis as needed</li><li>Prepare master data forms S4HANA (SAP) and provide payment support.</li><li>Provide audit support to external auditors</li><li>Identify, document, and support process improvement initiatives.  </li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or related field.</li><li>Strong analytic and problem-solving skills are essential.</li><li>Proficient in Excel.</li><li>Capability to initiate, manage, and complete assigned projects efficiently.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of Sharepoint and Confluence is a plus.</li><li>Experience in working collaboratively within a team environment.</li><li>High level of engagement and proactive approach to responsibilities.  </li></ul>If you're looking to join a dynamic team where you can apply your expertise and grow, we'd love to hear from you!
