Other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>Manages voucher and invoice processing and compiles the weekly cash disbursement schedule Processes travel expense reports and makes the reimbursements to the employees</li><li>Performs analysis related to financial reporting and assists Controller and Senior Accounting Manager in reporting weekly/monthly financial results</li><li>Responds to inquiries made by internal and external customers</li><li>Documents results and track progress</li><li>Follow-up routinely to resolution</li><li>Analyzes and Reports A/P related data semi-monthly.</li><li>Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare journal entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.</li><li>Participates in month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing</li><li>Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.</li><li>Prepares Monthly Account Reconciliation</li><li>Serves as back-up for other accounting duties.</li><li>Supports the preparation of year-end audit files and analysis.</li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor's Degree (B.S) four-year college or university in a related field.</li><li>2+ years of directly related experience and/or training.                                        </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint</li><li>Basic knowledge of MAPICS (ERP), INFOR, and Spreadsheet Server preferred</li><li>Prior experience with ERP systems strongly preferred </li><li>Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems</li><li>Ability to analyze financial data and generate financial reports and statements</li><li>Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a US Person (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees).</li></ul>  Salary Range: $61,600.00-$82,100.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
