We are looking for highly trusted personal assistant to provide personalized administrative support to our executives, handling tasks related to the executive’s agenda, communications and daily operations, ensuring efficiency, professionalism and confidentiality. Your main responsibilities will be:As personal assistant to executives, you will support them in the following activities:<ul><li>Act as the first point of contact with internal/external stakeholders (emails, phone…)</li><li>Handle all administrative tasks related to their activities.</li><li>Manage their diary, meetings, and appointments and help them manage their time. </li><li>Organize the travels and reception of their visitors.</li><li>Likewise, organize logistics related to their own travel arrangements.</li><li>Manage their e-mails: prioritize e-mails and prepare replies according to instructions.</li><li>Take and screen incoming phone calls and manage them as appropriate.</li><li>Develop efficient documentation (reports, presentations…) and filing systems when required.</li><li>Provide support for their communication activities (mail campaigns, invitations to events…).</li></ul> Requirements*Education and professional experience<ul><li>Degree equivalent to French “BTS Assistant de Manager” or similar.</li><li>3+ years of experience as Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Site Administrator or any other similar role in an international environment.</li></ul>*Language requirements<ul><li>Fluent in English &amp; French (C1).</li><li>Good level of Italian </li></ul>*Technical skills<ul><li>Full mastery of the Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Sharepoint platform.</li><li>Familiarity with office equipment and applications (e.g. e-calendars).</li></ul> <hr>At Renaissance Fusion, we value diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
