This position also acts as a liaison between executive leadership and various business partners, customers, and team members, supporting the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the executive office.YOUR IMPACT These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>Assist daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, passports, visas, etc.; and compiling content and documents for meetings.</li><li>Communicate with the constituencies on the executive’s behalf and coordinate logistics with meetings both internally and externally.
