By meticulously following the manufacturing instructions and directions from engineers, Production Associates are responsible for creating the highest quality product and meeting production volume targets.<hr><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Be a punctual, consistent, and committed member of the production team.</li><li>Follow manufacturing instructions and the guidance of engineers with precision to perform battery assembly tasks and meet production volume targets.</li><li>Perform soldering and wire harness assembly in accordance with IPC quality standards.</li><li>Assemble, crimp, and route cables and harnesses, ensuring proper termination, strain relief, and labeling.</li><li>Inspect solder joints, wire harnesses, and PCB assemblies for quality and reliability.</li><li>Work with the engineering team to suggest process improvements that increase throughput and quality.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following ESD and safety protocols.</li><li>Any other tasks needed to get the job done.</li></ul><hr><h3>Basic Qualifications</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English</li><li>Willing and able to work full shift plus occasional overtime</li><li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs.</li><li>Ability to stand for duration of shift</li><li>Familiarity with manufacturing environment</li><li>Experience with electronics assembly, soldering, or wire harness fabrication preferred</li><li>Understanding of IPC-A-610 and/or IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with hand tools and power tools</li></ul> Pay: $20-28 per hour - dependent on experience </div><div><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul></div><div>Work Location: In person</div><div>Lithos Energy, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
