As a team, we are passionate about cutting-edge digital innovation, and we’re driven by the opportunity to make a major impact in an industry ripe for disruption.The Role<ul> <li>Own all things People - from driving our people strategy forward and ensuring alignment with company goals to hiring best in class talent - this role will give you the opportunity to flex and develop all of your people muscles!</li> <li>Being a proactive partner to our Founders, Leadership team and Managers.</li> <li>Drive initiatives that strengthen employee satisfaction and enhance Convergian culture.</li> <li>Continue to evolve transparent people processes that power our high performance culture and elevate employee experience, using data to spot opportunities and drive improvements.</li> <li>Own and actively manage live roles; continuously evaluating and improving practices to ensure an exceptional and cutting edge approach which prioritises candidate experience.</li> <li>Own all reporting &amp; analysis on everything people, and employee record keeping, quarterly OKRS, documentation and filing (incl contracts, Visas, joining, leaving etc).</li> <li>Confidently navigate employment law and ensure legal compliance - you feel comfortable navigating any and all people issues with ease.</li> <li>Partner closely with our Finance team providing updates on any changes which impact payroll or resourcing plans.</li> <li>Lead our small but mighty People team.</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>You’re an experienced People professional with 4+ years experience working in tech start ups / scale ups, at least 12m of which should be in talent acquisition. You’re passionate about cultivating an inclusive culture where the best and brightest can thrive.</li> <li>Excellent emotional intelligence and empathy, this role is all about working with people so we expect you to be able to understand, engage and inspire employees at all levels.</li> <li>You pride yourself on your strong attention to detail, data literacy + analytical decision making.</li> <li>Can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes.</li> <li>You thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment – this is your happy place!</li> <li>You have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.</li> </ul>Location: London (3 days per week at Converge HQ in Blackfriars, 2 days from home)Benefits<ul> <li>Salary: Up to £80k</li> <li>A collaborative, dynamic and hybrid work environment. </li> <li>25 days + Bank Holidays. It's powered by Converge Signal, an embedded concrete sensor system that transmits curing data to the cloud wirelessly.
This allows construction companies to strike earlier, maximise productivity, and plan their projects more efficiently.
