A team of specialists in different geos support our teams needs covering employee admin, systems, data, policy, &amp; rewards, benefits and payroll. Focussed on the overall experience of our team, they are responsible for ensuring we have clear guidance, tools and support to be effective, whether as a manager or a team member. About this role:To own and manage global people data and analytics. Working with the Director, People Services this role creates regular reports to different stakeholder groups and owns templates for regular cadence of reporting as well as ad hoc analysis requests. Manages complex projects involving data.
