This person will lead and train a new workforce to meet our production goals. Responsible for a full shift production staff (Exempt and Non-Exempt). </p><p><strong>This role will be supporting 2nd shift which runs from 4pm -- 5am. </strong></p><p>You will:</p><ul><li>Reports to Body In White or Paint Operations Manager and leads production team, including development of organizational plans and recruiting/hiring (Salary/Hourly)</li><li>Responsible for manufacturing ultra-luxury production vehicles with the highest level of BIW/Paint quality/appearance</li><li>Maintain staffing plans and lead “hands-on” in all areas of production.
