With over €150 million in transactions and support from industry giants like <strong>CLAAS</strong> (Germany) and venture capitalists like <strong>byWIT</strong> (Sweden), we’re a fast-growing startup driven by technology, international teamwork, and customer obsession.  </p><p>Now, we’re looking for <strong>motivated international students</strong> to join us as <strong>active contributors</strong> in our joint sales and marketing efforts.  </p><h2>Your challenge</h2><p>This is not an internship for spectators. You’ll play a leading role in developing and growing our presence in the <strong>Ukrainian market</strong>. As part of our international team, you will:  </p><ul><li><strong>Pre-sales &amp; Post-sales Activities (Ukraine focus):</strong> Communicate with Ukrainian customers, tailor offers to local needs, follow up on leads, and manage the full sales pipeline for Ukraine.</li><li><strong>Localized Digital Marketing Campaigns:</strong> Help create content and campaigns that speak directly to Ukrainian audiences, support targeted outreach via email and social media, and drive lead generation in the region.</li><li><strong>AI Sales Tool Management:</strong> Use and continuously improve AI-driven tools to optimize the Ukrainian sales flow and enhance customer targeting.</li><li><strong>Customer Happiness (in Ukraine):</strong> Act as a reliable and culturally aware advisor for Ukrainian customers – both online and (when possible) in person – helping them make smart buying and selling decisions.</li></ul><h2>Your profile</h2><ul><li>Enrolled at a university (ideally in non-German Erasmus+ and close to graduation)</li><li>Available for a full-time internship of <strong>at least 3 months</strong></li><li>Willing to <strong>relocate to Hamburg, Germany</strong> for the duration of the internship</li><li>Fluent in <strong>English</strong> and <strong>native-level Ukrainian</strong></li><li>In-depth understanding of the Ukrainian market and digital customer behavior</li><li>Energetic and ready to take initiative – you're not afraid to try new things and own the outcome</li><li>Focused on <strong>making a difference</strong>, not just watching from the sidelines</li></ul><h2>Our proposition</h2><ul><li>An <strong>immersive startup experience</strong> where your work directly impacts business growth</li><li>Attractive <strong>remuneration package</strong></li><li><strong>Mentorship</strong> from experienced sales and marketing professionals</li><li>A fast-paced, international team with flat hierarchies and open feedback culture</li><li><strong>Modern office</strong> in central Hamburg, equipped with everything you need to succeed</li><li>A <strong>career springboard</strong> – many interns go on to join E-FARM full-time!</li><li>Team events, growth opportunities, and a chance to make a real difference</li></ul>
