Your mission <ul><li>Financial Planning &amp; Control:<ul><li>Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets and forecasts</li><li>Track project costs and ensure compliance with financial guidelines</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend corrective actions</li></ul></li><li>Reporting &amp; Analysis:<ul><li>Prepare and present financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and variance analyses</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key project financials to stakeholders</li><li>Conduct cost-benefit analysis to optimize project profitability</li></ul></li><li>Risk Management &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, contracts, and external regulations</li><li>Assist in audits and financial reviews related to renewable energy projects</li></ul></li><li>Project Coordination &amp; Support:<ul><li>Work closely with project managers to align financial planning with project execution</li><li>Support contract and procurement negotiations from a financial perspective</li><li>Monitor key project performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust plans as necessary</li></ul></li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Engineering</li><li>Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or Finance certifications (CMA, CPA) are a plus</li><li>1-3 years in project control, financial analysis, or project management</li><li>Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and risk management</li><li>Background in construction, engineering or renewable energies projects</li><li>Financial &amp; Cost Control – Ability to manage budgets, track costs, and ensure projects stay within financial limits</li><li>Scheduling &amp; Planning – Proficiency in project scheduling tools (MS Project)</li><li>Data Analysis &amp; Reporting – Strong Excel skills or Power BI</li><li>Communication &amp; Collaboration – You work well with project managers, finance teams, and stakeholders</li><li>Problem-Solving &amp; Attention to Detail – You can identify risks early and propose solutions</li><li>Understanding of contract management, procurement, and regulatory compliance</li><li>Experience with project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall is beneficial</li><li>Fluency in German and English is mandatory</li></ul> What we offer <ul><li>Independent work in a dedicated team</li><li>Work in a growing, international company with a start-up mentality</li><li>Open and friendly working environment</li><li>Flexible working hours with core working hours</li></ul>
