The successful candidate will support, lead and mentor the team to deliver the business plan objectives in collaboration with Asset Management.</p><h3>Context of Opportunity / Main Accountabilities</h3><p>Reporting to the Commercial PM Ops &amp; St James Lead, the Senior Surveying Manager will:</p><ul><li>Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to address historic performance issues.</li><li>Ensure accurate property management data and financial reporting across the East Side portfolio.</li><li>Oversee service charge budgets and reconciliations in line with RICS guidelines and business performance metrics.</li><li>Support lease enforcement and ensure timely rent collection and financial discipline.</li><li>Lead team meetings and contribute to strategic asset planning to enhance income and operational efficiency.</li><li>Mentor junior colleagues, set objectives, conduct appraisals and support professional development.</li><li>Enhance customer experience through high-quality, timely communication and engagement.</li></ul><h3>Most Important Skills-Based Requirements</h3><p>We are seeking a candidate who brings:</p><ul><li>A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience, ideally MRICS.</li><li>Experience in delivering and mobilising high-profile developments.</li><li>Strong property management experience, with a focus on customer service and stakeholder coordination.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of landlord and tenant law, with practical application.</li><li>Experience managing mixed-use, multi-let buildings.</li><li>Proven ability to lead and develop teams, including training and succession planning.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and deliver effective solutions.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Awareness of sustainability, net zero and ESG principles, with working knowledge of NABERS preferred.</li></ul><h3><br></h3><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Our Offering / benefits:</strong></p><p>As well as a competitive salary, pension and performance related bonus offering, we have a wealth of benefits available ranging from flexible working; market leading family policies and shopping discounts in the West End, to private healthcare; life and critical illness cover and 28 days holiday with the option to buy more.
